APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Protective Services Background
Preferred experience as a security officer, police officer, military service member, correctional officer, or in a related protective services role.
Patrols & Risk Mitigation
Hands-on experience conducting site patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and identifying safety or security risks.
Access Control & Logging
Proven ability managing entry points, checking identification, and logging visitors, employees, vehicles, and deliveries.
Emergency & Incident Response
Ability to respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, theft, trespassing, and other security incidents.
Reporting & Tech Systems
Experience preparing clear daily activity reports and patrol logs, with familiarity using radios, mobile phones, CCTV, and access systems.
Professional Communication
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with clients, visitors, emergency personnel, and the public—ideal for concierge roles.
